Frequently Asked Questions
Who Can attend? Our activities are open to anyone affected by life-limiting or palliative illness, including patients, friends, family members, and NHS workers are all welcome here.
Do I need any experience? Not at all. All of our sessions are suitable for complete beginners. You’ll be guided every step of the way.
What should I bring or wear? Wear something comfortable. For sound baths and yoga, feel free to bring a blanket, mat, or cushion if you have one—though we usually have spares.
Is there a cost? Most of our sessions are free or donation-based. We never want money to be a barrier to support—just come along if you feel drawn.
Do I need to book in advance? Some sessions require booking, especially if spaces are limited.
