About Us
At Sarah’s Star, we believe in the power of compassion, connection, and community.
Founded by Sarah, whose warmth and courage continue to inspire everything we do, Sarah’s Star offers holistic, non-clinical support for people affected by incurable or life-limiting illness, grief, or caring responsibilities.
Based at the Linskill Centre in North Shields, our friendly and inclusive team provides a range of supportive services, including therapy sessions, support groups, creative workshops, and safe spaces to talk about life and loss.
Whether you’re coming for a sound bath, a cuppa and a chat, or just a place to breathe—you’re welcome here.
We believe in the power of compassion and support to bring comfort and healing to those facing life's greatest challenges.
